MUMBAI:
Trying to instill confidence in the party workers after the assembly poll debacle, Pawar said: "Do not be under the impression that we are going to stay where we are... NCP (SP) is once again prepared for the polls. Let's focus on the upcoming local body elections."
Pawar was speaking at a two-day meeting convened to revive the party. "I am facing a situation similar to 1999 when I had formed NCP and had nothing to offer to the workers. Despite several leaders having left us, I am willing to fight but I need your support," Pawar added.
