PRAYAGRAJ:
The four artists Ravi Prakash, 35, of Kaimur in Bihar, Rajnish Verma, 28, of Lakhimpur Khiri in Uttar Pradesh, Mohd Sultan Alam, 34, of Mandi village of Delhi and Hitkar Kumar Monee, 38, of Rohtas in Bihar, as members of 'Abhyuday Team India' left for China to participate in the two competitions from Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru on Sunday.
Leading sculptors of around two dozen countries from around the world will take part in these premier international events for ice and snow sculpture considered one of the three biggest ice sculpture competitions in the world.
The other two are the World Ice Art Championships in Fairbanks, Alaska, USA and Crystal Garden International Ice Carving Competition in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
