LUCKNOW: The faculty of management studies at the Lucknow University (LU) is set to undertake a project titled "A study of workforce strategic planning and operations for the effective organisation of Mahakumbh 2025." The project aims to delve into the strategic planning and operations of the workforce tasked with managing the Mahakumbh, ensuring its seamless execution, an official said.
Scheduled to take place in Prayagraj from January 13 to February 26, 2025, the Mahakumbh Mela is expected to attract an estimated 400 million visitors over 45 days.
Managing such a crowd will require a meticulously planned workforce comprising volunteers and service providers dedicated to ensuring smooth operations.
