BHARADWAJ INSPECTS NIGHT SHELTERS, SPEAKS TO RESIDENTS

NEW DELHI: Urban development minister Saurabh Bharadwaj on Tuesday conducted a surprise inspection of night shelters set up by the government near the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), during which he identified lapses in maintaining cleanliness, and issued directions to fix the shortcomings.

The minister also reviewed the arrangements, including accommodation, food, and sleeping facilities, and spoke to the residents for their feedback.
