Zubair moved the high court, requesting quashing of the FIR and protection from coercive action, stating that his post did not call for violence against Narsinghanand.Rather, he merely alerted the police authorities about Narsinghanand's actions which could not amount to promoting disharmony or ill-will between two classes of people.
