BARMER: The much-anticipated "Ardha Kumbh Suinya Mela" will be held in the Chohtan region of Barmer on Monday, after a seven-year hiatus. "Approximately 10-12 lakh (1 million to 1.2 million) devotees are expected to participate, compelling the local administration to implement extensive arrangements," an official said on Sunday.
