"The mantra of reform-perform-transform made India exciting to every industrialist and investor across the world. It was clearly visible in every sector and their development. Post-Independence, the governments at the Centre barely prioritised the development and heritage of the country for over 60 years. Rajasthan was also affected by this approach. But the scenario has changed now," the PM said after he inaugurated the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024 at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre.
Rajasthan governor Haribhau Bagade, chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, deputy chief ministers Diya Kumari and Prem Chand Bairwa were in attendance along with several prominent businessmen of the country, including Gautam Adani, Kumar Manglam Birla, Anil Agrawal and Anand Mahindra, among others.
