ADITI MALIK HIGHLIGHTS HOW LEVELS OF PARTY INSTABILITY INFORM DECISIONS OF POLITICAL ELITES TO SUPPORT VIOLENCE
HT Correspondent

NEW DELHI: Where and when ethnic violence breaks out is a question of longstanding concern to the India policy community. Malik spoke about her new book, Playing with Fire: Parties and Political Violence in Kenya and India, on last week's episode of Grand Tamasha—a weekly podcast on Indian politics and policy co-produced by HT and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
