Bharti said that the memorandum contained the five main demands of the students on which Kishor started the 'satyagrah', and the need for a direct communication of a five-member students' delegation with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to get the fast broken, which the doctors have also recommended," he added.
Bharti said that the Jan Suraaj delegation also narrated the turn of events leading to Kishor's arrest and later hospitalization due to his falling health. "We apprised him that he is in intensive care unit (ICU) of Medanta and doctors' have advised against continuing hunger strike, which could be broken if the CM would talk to the students' delegation," he added.
Kishor has been demanding from the outset that the CM should meet a delegation of students, who have been agitating for over three weeks against alleged irregularities in the BPSC exam.
