BHABUA: Agitated over a female judicial officer's alleged use of unparliamentary language with a senior advocate in her courtroom, the members of district advocates association boycotted work in her court for two consecutive days on Thursday in Bhabua civil court.The advocates unanimously passed a resolution and the copies of the same were sent to the district and sessions judge, chairman of Bar Council of India and chairman of Bihar State Bar Council, condemning the judicial officer's behaviour.Earlier, on Wednesday, senior advocate Kamta Prasad Singh in a written petition to the general secretary of the association, undersigned by 46 advocates, had alleged that he had been practising at Bhabua court for 45 years.On Wednesday at about 12.45 pm, when the advocate appeared in the court of fifth additional chief judicial magistrate Ms Hema Kumari and requested for a hearing, the officer used unparliamentary language and misbehaved with him, adding that the officer concerned was in the habit of misbehaving with the lawyers in the courtroom.
