Dhami, while reviewing 'Sashakt' (Empowered) Uttarakhand @ 2025 in the secretariat in Dehradun said that earlier all the departments were instructed to work on two game changer schemes ahead of the silver jubilee celebrations of the state's foundation. He instructed all the departments to provide a clear statement of the work progress made in this regard in upcoming meeting.
