The Congress, which faced a drubbing by the BJP in three Hindi heartland states in the just-concluded assembly polls had already held review of its electoral defeats in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh on Friday.
"They (the BJP) won the elections by playing a foul game. We brought a slew of remarkable welfare schemes, laws, and guarantees in the state... They fought the elections only on the line of polarisation," Gehlot alleged, while speaking to reporters at the Delhi airport before heading for the review meeting held at the All India Congress Committee (AICC) headquarters in Delhi.
