The east-to-west march will traverse nearly 6,700 km across 15 states over the course of 66 days. It will cover 110 districts, 100 Lok Sabha seats and 337 assembly constituencies, before culminating in Mumbai on March 20 or 21.
Gandhi, who is leading the yatra, will commence it around 12 noon by paying homage to martyrs at Thoubal's Khongjom War Memorial, built in memory of those killed in the last Anglo-Manipur War in 1891.
