The two parties are also discussing seat-sharing arrangements for Delhi, which has seven Lok Sabha segments, Kejriwal said, underlining that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will "have it easy" in the absence of an alliance between the Opposition parties.
The Delhi chief minister was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a meeting with Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, who he interacted with during a visit to senior Congress leader and Supreme Court lawyer Abhishek Singhvi's residence for lunch.
Kejriwal was accompanied by state minister Atishi. Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda was also present.
