MORE than 80,000 Limerick and Kilkenny fans will descend on Croke Park tomorrow for the All-Ireland Hurling Final.

John Kiely’s men are hoping to take home the Liam MacCarthy Cup for the fourth time in a row when they head to the GAA’s HQ.

But the Cats are convinced this is their year to reclaim former glory after not lifting hurling’s top prize since 2015 when they defeated Galway.

In total, Kilkenny has won the All-Ireland Final a staggering 36 times which is more than any other county.

It comes as Galway ace Conor Whelan said tomorrow’s clash will be a “fascinating battle” but believes Limerick will edge the victory.
