LEWIS HAMILTON remains determined to gain a podium finish in tomorrow's British Grand Prix despite a disappointing first day at Silverstone, where Max Verstappen and Red Bull dominated both practice sessions.
Verstappen's fastest lap in second practice, 1m 28.078sec, was just 0.022sec quicker than last year's race winner Carlos Sainz managed in the Ferrari.
