GARDA boss Drew Harris yesterday warned his officers he would reintroduce a controversial roster – like it or not.
And, after meeting senior members of the 11,000-strong Garda Representative Association, he slammed their plan to hold a vote of no confidence in him as “extraordinary”.
The early-morning talks in Garda HQ lasted around an hour. They were held to discuss his decision to revert to the so-called Westmanstown roster of 2012 that would see officers work six days straight and then have four days off.
