JAMES HUME doesn’t have to think back too far for inspiration ahead of tonight’s United Rugby Championship quarter-final against Connacht.

Hume is quick to point to that night last June as “one of his best” in an Ulster shirt, and has been doing all he can to produce a repeat performance.

“Thinking back to the Munster quarter-final last year, it was one of the most memorable games I’ve played in both performance-wise and the crowd,” he said.

“It was one of those days when everything clicked – three try assists and a try, I don’t think you can get much better.
