A WOMAN charged with the murder of a man whose body was found floating in waters near a cliff told gardai: "I didn't do it", a court heard.
The body of Robert Wilkin, who was in his 60s, was found on July 3 after a week-long search close to Sliabh Liag in Co Donegal.
A number of State agencies including the Garda and the Coast Guard were in involved.
Yesterday, before a special sitting of Letterkenny District Court, Nikita Burns, 21,was charged with his murder.
Last month 38-year-old Alan Vial was also charged with Mr Wilkin's murder.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear before the courts again in September.
