SINGER Imelda May urged fans to "line the streets" as thousands are expected to pay their final respects at Sinead O'Connor's funeral today.
Her family announced the cortege will make its way through Bray, Co Wicklow at 10.30am.
It will stop at Sinead's former home Montebello, where she lived for 15 years.
Sinead sold the six-bedroom home in 2021 but her family said the Nothing Compares 2 U singer will have one final stop at her house before her private burial.
Writing on social media, her friend Imelda urged fans to give her the sendoff she deserves.
She told her followers: "Sinead's final journey from 10.30am Bray seafront tomorrow. Line the streets.
A statement from O'Connor's family said she will be buried on Tuesday and the public will be able to pay their final respects when the cortege passes the Bray seafront.
