The Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates has brought out new rules to combat money laundering and terror financing.
Proper records must now be kept of every banking&nbsp;transaction in the Gulf states.
The new financial laws will come into effect in a month's time.
The UAE Central Bank said they will apply to every licensed financial institution in the region.
The Central Bank said the priority is to implement a robust governance system and&nbsp;establish mechanisms for record keeping.
The new supervisory and regulatory framework will allow it to "combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism".
The Kinahans have been running their drugs empire from Dubai since they fled Marbella several years ago. The&nbsp;US has put a $5million (&euro;4.6million) bounty out for the arrest of dad Christy Kinahan Snr and sons Christy Jnr and Daniel.
Over a year ago the UAE froze the known assets of the Kinahans in the Gulf states.
However, much of their cash is laundered through specific&nbsp;companies. A senior Garda source said: "The new crackdown on money laundering in Dubai will put more pressure on the Kinahan crime organisation.
