BRUCE Willis' wife has thanked his fans for their support as he struggles with dementia after sharing a video of him celebrating his 68th birthday.
It is the first time the actor has been seen speaking since he was diagnosed with aphasia, which causes speech problems, last spring.
The Die Hard actor, who learned he had dementia last month, appeared in good spirits.
But he looked a little unsteady on his feet as he celebrated his birthday with his daughters, wife Emma Heming and ex Demi Moore.
In the video posted by 60-year-old Demi, Bruce sings a few words of Happy Birthday, and talks a little to his family before blowing out the candles on an apple pie.
