Niamh Finneran Loader was found dead in the bathroom of a hotel on December 2.
The 25-year-old, who is believed to have emigrated from Ireland to Perth as a child with her family, had flown there from Australia on November 26 for dental treatment.
There were no signs of a break-in or trauma when Niamh was found.
Police say they have received a report from an autopsy but that it was inconclusive. Denpasar Police Chief Bambang Yugo Pamungkas said: "We have received the autopsy report and interviewed the forensic doctor last week.
"But he was unable to determine the cause of death based on the toxicology and pathology test results." Seven people have been interviewed including her dentist, a tattoo artist and hotel staff.
Niamh's mum and dad Malcolm Loader and Tina Finneran had become concerned for her safety when she failed to board her flight back home before they were later informed of the shocking discovery.
