&ldquo;We&rsquo;ll get through this together.&rdquo;
During a particularly emotional moment, the star later belted out his hit If Tomorrow Never Comes, as he blew a kiss toward the sky at the end.
At his brother&rsquo;s funeral service, Ronan sang This Is Your Song, which was originally written in memory of his mother Marie, who died of breast cancer.
