THE Irish Embassy in Singapore has rubbished media reports that people can be paid €80,000 to emigrate to Ireland.
Stories have appeared on news outlets around the world but the embassy in the Southeast Asian state has cautioned hopeful punters.
Grants are being offered for refurbishing derelict and vacant properties on remote islands here from July - but not for relocation.
