Alliance seals deal for future as fight in Bakhmut rages

NATO’S boss has struck a fresh blow to Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin by confirming Ukraine will be joining the military alliance. 

Putin’s forces invaded Ukraine to halt what he claimed was NATO expansion to Russia’s borders.

But this prompted Sweden and Finland to seek alliance membership.

Now, the coalition’s SecretaryGeneral Jens Stoltenberg has dec lared: “NATO allies have agreed that Ukraine will become a member of our alliance. But at the same time that is a long-term perspective.”
