Dublin v Kerry, 4pm

All-Ireland ladies senior final

HANNAH TYRRELL admits making up for Dublin’s ‘heartbreaking’ 2021 loss to Meath has been her ‘driving force’ ever since.

The Dubs were denied the five-in-a-row by their neighbours who pulled off a shock win before retaining the title last year.

Tyrrell only rejoined the Dublin squad in 2021 after six years playing rugby and looked to be on the brink of realising her All-Ireland dream.

She’d previously played in goals for Dublin in 2014 and missed all of the four-in-a-row wins.

Two years on from that Royal County despair, she’s 32 now and desperate to get her hands on a winner’s medal.
