But the smile was wiped off Dubs boss Micheal Donoghue's face afterwards as his Westmeath counterpart Joe Fortune blasted him for 'disappointing' comments.
Fortune claimed that Donoghue accused Westmeath of negative tactics and of targeting certain Dublin players with rough play.
