Stalkers have become something of a low-budget staple but this hugely effective thriller is a lot more interesting than its title. Director Chloe Okuno uses sound, set design, clever cinematography and finely calibrated performances to put us in the shoes of a young woman who fears she is being targeted by a serial killer.
