People living at Adelphi Wharf have claimed to have faced numerous issues over the years, including parcel thefts, fly infestations, overflowing bins, sewage leaks and antisocial behaviour.
But now they claim homeless people are sleeping and even urinating in their refuse area, with one tenant feeling so unsafe he's moving out of his building.
The apartment complex, just off Adelphi Street, comprises three separate buildings - Adelphi Wharf 1, Adelphi Wharf 2 and Adelphi Wharf 3.
The complex, which is managed by Xenia Estates, featured in Netflix's hit show The Circle where filming took place from 2019 to 2020 for series two and three.
Hannah, 25, has lived in Adelphi Wharf 2 for more than three years.
