DINERS had been sitting outside just minutes before a car smashed through the front of a sushi restaurant.
Police were called after a Toyota ploughed into Zumuku on Lapwing Lane in Didsbury just before 3pm today.
No-one was seriously hurt during the horror crash.
But it has now been revealed that customers who had been sitting outside at the restaurant just minutes before had a lucky escape after leaving prior to the collision. Greater Manchester Police said 'at least one person' suffered minor injuries. No arrests were made.
