But she's convinced she'd have a bigger following if she only shared snaps that made her look slimmer.
The Instagram star, from Stockport, has more than 55,000 followers thanks to her uplifting content.
But she admitted people have become accustomed to seeing certain types of bodies online.
She recently shared two pictures of herself side-by-side to prove her point. Sophie was seen posing in pretty, lacy undies but she looked different in each photo.
In one she posed, stood tall and made her figure look lean. Meanwhile, in the other, she relaxed her body, while posing sideways.
Even though she looked amazing in both pictures, she said people view them in different ways.
In the past people have called her 'fat' just because she represents women with curvier bodies. When she poses at certain angles, she said people seem to think she suddenly becomes 'repulsive, and it's a mindset she wants to help change.
