TWO drug dealers who thought they were untouchable have been jailed following a long-running investigation into Rochdale's notorious 'Adam' crime gang.
Laraib Irshad and Tariq Muneeb have been handed long sentences for their part in the gang's operation, exposed in the BBC series The Detectives: Taking Down An OCG which shone on a light on the gang based in Newbold. Members of the gang were shown to bribe witnesses, groom children, and use extreme violence.
Irshad and Muneeb were brought to justice following a raid - prompted by intelligence - at a house on Millfield Grove in Rochdale on April 24 last year.
