ONE year on from a south Manchester drive-by shooting, police have issued a fresh appeal for information with a £50k reward.
Two teenage girls sustained injuries in the shooting outside a party on Quinney Crescent in Moss Side shortly before 10:30pm on July 29, 2022.
Officers say the ‘reckless’ and ‘dangerous’ actions of those responsible ‘could easily have had tragic consequences’.
They are offering a £50,000 reward to anyone who can provide police with key information that leads to the successful conviction of those responsible.
Police said at the time they were treating the attack as attempted murder after the girls were left with shotgun injuries.
