RESIDENTS will get the chance to have their say on the plan for more than 300 homes near a beauty spot.
Developer Bloor Homes wants to build around 315 new homes on land next to Hollingworth Lake in Littleborough, Rochdale - and they have now launched a consultation on their proposals.
The site is one allocation in the Places for Everyone plan for the delivery of thousands of new homes across Greater Manchester which was agreed by all councils earlier this year.
The site, off Hollingworth Road, is currently occupied by farmland which would be transformed into a huge new housing development, if plans get approved later on down the line.
