MANCHESTER is bracing itself for what is set to be another busy day of travel as thousands are expected to attend huge events across the city on Saturday including Manchester Pride and Noel Gallagher's gig in Wythenshawe.
Manchester Pride's annual Parade will take place in the city centre as thousands of people take part in the celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. Following that, Manchester Pride will continue in Manchester's Gay Village with a host of free and ticketed events taking place throughout the weekend.
United will also be playing Nottingham Forest in the Premier League at Old Trafford on Saturday, with kick-off at 3pm. In addition, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds will be performing at Wythenshawe Park, with support from Primal Scream and Future Islands. Doors to the huge gig will open from 2pm.
