MANCHESTER Airport has come bottom of the Which? annual survey of airports again.
Terminals 3 and 1 came bottom and second bottom of the consumer champion’s league table.
One traveller told Which?: “It’s just awful - the worst advert for anyone flying to the UK. It’s the worst airport I have ever used.” It’s the third year in a row that T3 has finished bottom, while Liverpool John Lennon Airport topped the league.
The consumer website ranked airports up and down the country after surveying almost 5,000 members in April about their experiences at airports in the previous 12 months, with respondents asked to rate eleven categories including seating, staff, toilets and queues at check in, bag drop, passport control and security.
