Phil, fresh from his sterling summer of footballing action for England, was back on home turfin Stockport to celebrate True's birthday with his family and friends.
Phil and partner Becca recently welcomed their third child in the midst of England's Euros campaign in Germany. Phil flew back to England to be with her for the birth before returning to the team who made it to the final against Spain in Berlin on July 14.
