SANDWICH SHOP CALLED BACK BY CITY TO MAKE BUTTIES FOR STARS

The Ancoats independent Italian sandwich shop is run by couple Daniela Steri and Enrico Pinn.

The couple were stunned to be invited to the Etihad Stadium last season to help the Blues celebrate their 3-1 win over Manchester United back in May. Now, they've been invited back again to boost the squad after a hectic run of games.

And this time they were excited to meet the main man himself - City boss Pep Guardiola - as well as serve up their home made Italian schiacciata sandwiches to the first team including to Phil Foden, Erling Haaland and Nathan Ake.
