POLICE say they are not looking for anyone else after arresting a suspect following a double killing in Manchester.
They said the suspect is believed to be known to one of the victims.
Emergency services were called out to Great Southern Street, in Moss Side, at 5am yesterday.
It followed reports that two men had been stabbed. They were both pronounced dead at the scene, despite the best efforts of first responders.
A man aged 23 has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
At a press conference yesterday, Superintendent Dave Chief Meeney told reporters that he understood the "shockwaves" the incident had sent through Moss Side, but sure the community that the incident isolated was a He said: "This morning two lives have been lost in our community and our thoughts go to their families who have lost a loved one.
