Madhya Pradesh, the heart of India, is a land of rich cultural heritage and abundant resources. Over the past year, we have dedicated ourselves to achieving sustainable development while preserving this legacy. Guided by the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our "double-engine government" has driven unprecedented progress, creating a foundation for a brighter future.

Currently, the state is celebrating the Jan Kalyan Parv (festival of public welfare), a testament to prosperity and progress. Through collective efforts, welfare programmes are reaching every citizen, paving the way for transformative initiatives.

Pioneering river-linking projects Madhya Pradesh is the first state in India to implement two major river-linking projects—Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal and Ken-Betwa. These projects, set to begin this December under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi, address water scarcity, improve groundwater levels and expand irrigation.

Alongside these, the rejuvenation of rivers like Khan and Narmada highlights our commitment to sustainable water management, fostering agricultural growth and rural prosperity.
