Morgan Stanley quits climate group

Morgan Stanley said it has quit a global climate-banking group, joining other Wall Street firms to have left an alliance designed to support the reduction of greenhouse-gas emissions.

Morgan Stanley is leaving the Net-Zero Banking Alliance, the lender said in an email on Thursday. Citigroup Inc. and Bank of America Corp. (BofA) earlier this week said in a statement that they were doing the same.
