The revelation appears to come from BBC productions, detailing transport and accommodation details for celebrity contestants.
And while the broadcaster is not officially confirming the list, some of the names have previously been linked with the show.
There was speculation that because of the ongoing investigation into bullying and harassment allegations against two key pro dancers – Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima – there would be a struggle to attract A-list talent.
But most of those on the leaked list are well-known, household names.
One TV insider said: “This is a good cast, if not better than previous years.
“Under the circumstances, it’s job done by the booker!”
Names include Ted Lasso star Waddingham, 50, Loose Women’s Janet Street-Porter, 77, Blue’s Duncan James, 46, Olympic cycling champion Dame Laura Kenny, 32, and former Tory MP and raconteur Brandreth, 76.
