The Delhi High Court in the case ANI v. RSY News & Anr. observed and has directed RSY News to remove or take down from its YouTube channel the original and copyrighted videos of Asian News International, ANI in the copyright infringement suit filed by the news agency.

The bench headed by Justice Mini Pushkarna stated that from posting or uploading any material using any of the original videos of ANI or any copyrighted work which belongs to the news agency on any platform, including its YouTube channel.

The RSY News has 36 lakh subscribers on its YouTube channel.
