The bench headed by Justice Kauser Edappagath in its order stated that the allegations made against Fathima was that she had asked her two minor children, a boy and a girl of the age 14 and age 8 years respectively, in order to paint her semi-nude body, the video of which was thereafter circulated.
Before the court, it has also been contended by her that the said act was meant to impart sex education to her children and rid the stigma about nudity.
