The initiative seeks to draw attention to the rich biodiversity and ecological heritage of Madhya Pradesh while positioning its wildlife sanctuaries as vital centers of ecological education and tourism.
Elaborating on the campaign's objectives, CM Yadav stated that many wildlife sanctuaries in Madhya Pradesh remain underappreciated, despite their immense potential for ecological and educational value.
He emphasized that increased awareness of these sanctuaries would enable society to better understand the diverse fauna of the state while creating new avenues for tourism.
"The Madhya Pradesh government is starting the first phase of a campaign for public awareness of our forest life and to boost tourism. There are many sanctuaries on which the attention of society needs to be intensified. It also gives us an opportunity to learn about all kinds of fauna in our state and it also becomes a new tourist centre," he said.
