In 2022, the court stayed the action which arose out of the show cause notice sent to him by the Union, wherein observing that the petition filed challenging the same is pending.
The bench headed by Justice Vinod S. Bhardwaj in the case stated that the Respondent i.e., the Union Government may pass final order on the above-mentioned show cause notice already served upon the petitioner i.e., Dheeraj Sharma to which reply has already been furnished, after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
