The Punjab and Haryana High Court in the case Kaustubh Anil Shakkarwar v. Jindal Global Law School&Ors. observed and has dismissed the petition filed by a LLM student challenging the decision of the OP Jindal Global University to declare his submission in an exam as 'AI-generated'.
