Analyst Hammers Ramaphosa for Being Unable to Control His Party
President Cyril Ramaphosa is a "very weak president". This is according to political analyst Moeletsi Mbeki, who was interviewed by author and broadcaster Sizwe Mpofu-Walsh about the government of national unity, Ramaphosa, uMkhonto weSizwe party and expelled ambassador to the US Ebrahim Rasool.
Ramaphosa has been criticised over several issues, including combatting corruption, signing the Basic Education Laws Amendment Bill into law and the Expropriation Act.
Mbeki said Ramaphosa has not been able to control "his party".
