Natural remedies for fatigue

Symptoms include constant or off-and-on weariness that lasts for more than two weeks.

Everyone suffers days when they're tired and out of sorts, but if you have to drag yourself out of bed every morning and feel as though you're carrying a ball and chain around with you all day because you're so exhausted then you may be suffering from fatigue.

The symptoms of fatigue include constant or off-and-on weariness that lasts for more than two weeks, anger, impatience, depression and difficulty concentrating.

Natural remedies include:

AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy oils that can aid with fatigue are:

> Juniper berry - Has a calming effect for the overstressed. Good for muscle and joint aches and pains. (not to be taken during pregnancy)

> Peppermint - Eases mental fatigue, nervous stress and palpitations. Never use before going to sleep as this essential oil is very potent. Always in moderation.

> Rosemary - Added to bath water it can relieve exhaustion and stress.

> Lemongrass - An essential oil that is soothing, healing, invigorating and deodorising.
